Black Garlic Gourmet
Our "Gourmet" preparations will delight your aperitifs and starters.
In collaboration with various organic producers, including Sapalet to begin with, we are going to offer you a black garlic cream as well as a spicy mixture and a sheeps Brie (white soft cheese) with Black Garlic, as well as fresh sheep's Tommes cheese. black garlic which will soon be on the market in various stores. For conservation reasons, Brie and Tomme will not be sold in the online shop. You will soon be able to consult the points of sale of our products.

A delicious organic Black Garlic Aioli.
Ingredients: Organic Black Garlic, Organic Olive Oil, Organic strong lemon mustard, organic apple balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
To spread on bread simply as an aperitif, as a sauce for snacks of raw vegetables.
This Aioli was impressive as a cold sauce during a spit of wild boar. Let yourself be surprised and dare to invent.
