Ingredients: Organic black garlic, organic olive oil, strong organic lemon mustard, organic apple balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, Espelette pepper.
Simply spread on an aperitif or as a sauce for raw vegetable snacks. Delicious as a sauce on hamburger buns.
This spicy aioli was all the rage during the coal mill event in Rossinière, where "black garlic mac-coal" were served. Be prepared and dare to invent something.
